Yoey is an industry leading professional that is revolutionizing the way Recruiting & Staffing companies work and adapting it to the evolving modern culture and environments. Following the ’20 shutdown, she decided to embark on her own journey to re-invent a unique and modern company, driven by her passion to make a multifaceted, positive impact: from client productivity, to the grassroots, individual level. She is a well established & experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction, Industrial & Manufacturing Industries, specialized on Mid-High Level positions.

With a Bachelor’s degree focused in Business, Management and a degree in Paralegal studies with a focus on Business and Corporate Law. More recently, she continued her education in various Socio & Psychology courses. She also holds 6 certifications in specific skills, personality & psychological assessments in order to prepare a new hiring model that will aid the workforce crisis for companies and talent. 

Her motivation is to build an agency that functions at the highest levels of synergy for all, by minimizing micro-management and increasing interconnectivity, creativity and passion. Her belief that the highest productivity comes from talent that is valued and supported, has led to the development of a unique approach to staffing that cherishes each individual’s talents and skills and finds the best ways to apply them for the greatest good of all..

She’s an active volunteer and former Director of a Non-Profit Organization with roots in Puerto Rico geared towards providing aid to senior citizens on the island impacted by poverty. She is currently a member of The Association of Corporate Growth & the NAWIC, (National Association of Women in Construction.)
