The way that we present ourselves to prospective employers, customers, or fans has been slowly evolving from the paper portfolios and resumes, into a digital one. However, with this evolution, came the advent of the million different website and social media avenues that one can use to showcase themselves. This has created a very messy flood of ways in which people present themselves to others.

With this patented technology, we are revolutionizing this.

By using this beautiful new software as a nexus, each person can create their very own way of displaying who they are, what they do and samples of their work, all in one convenient and easy to access place. No more links to type out, no more multiple handles to give out.

Now it can all be done with your unique code and one simple click.

The code can be shared online in any format and in addition, it can be printed or projected unto anything. If you want to share all of your information, including multi-media samples of your work, your shopping website, or anything you d like, all they have to do is aim their camera at the code and click on the button that appears.
This will take them to your fully customizable Eli nexus, where you can add or remove any links, media or formatting in real time.

The future:

In a post covid-world, everything has changed.

Whole industries closed suddenly. Many found themselves scrambling to learn new careers, or to retain the jobs they had. Those who managed to retain their work, experienced many changing circumstances, telecommuting for example.

A vast majority of meetings and connections are done digitally, people are working from home and increasing their productivity. However, those that were not lucky enough to be able to work from home quickly began to realize the true value and sacrifice of their once called “entry level” jobs. Now many of these jobs were being referred to as “essential”. Suddenly, the value of a grocery clerk for example became truly apparent in everyone’s eyes as they braved the front lines of the virus to make sure that everyone could still have access to food.

On the other hand, people were forced by circumstances to become “jacks of all trades” and to create multiple streams of income to insure stability.

Old barriers to communication and archaic practices are falling away, clearing a path for new and innovative approaches. The workplace and workforce of today and tomorrow is dynamic, interconnected, digitized and expansive.

Gone are the days in which a paper resume was enough to assess an individual’s qualities.
We are entering into new uncharted territory! One in which candidates for positions can show the full range of their dynamic self and where companies can receive candidates that are truly right for the positions at every level, not just intellectual.

Post-Covid HR.” What Happened?

In the span of a year, some companies have had to face previously unheard difficulties.
Dwindling supplies, a diminishing workforce, adapting to remote work, whole industries shut down, and new ones born.

So, what is the difference between those who managed to thrive in these times of adversity, relative to those that did not?

There are many facets in which this adaptability can benefit a company; from growing a sustainable company culture, implementing new management style techniques, we believe in empowering all of those that seek to make such meaningful connections.

It is important that modern, successful companies continuously refresh their talent pools while holding on to consistent and growing employees. This is one of these key adaptability factors.
In a post covid world, this has proven a challenge for many.
